Síofra, a young banshee, lives on an enchanted island. She and her Aunt Silver guide the souls of the dead to the afterlife and guard the Spectacular Library of Magical Things. One star-filled night Cara, a girl born with a swan’s wing, tries to reach the island. She almost drowns but is rescued by Síofra.
