What personal data we collect

  1. When you browse our site
    When you browse our site we collect basic technical information including your IP address, browser type and the pages you access (via Cookies). Cookies are small text files which are placed on your computer when you browse the Internet and are mainly used by us to analyse and improve the site performance.  You can set your browser not to accept cookies, but some site features may not work as a result.
  2. When you place an order over the phone or the Internet or request a book from us
    When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to fulfill that order.  Specifically we collect information including –

Our secure credit card payments are processed by Stripe (https://stripe.com) – we do not have access to this information nor do we store any of your card payment details.

  • The primary use of this data is to fulfill your order
    ·         We may also send occasional newsletter or marketing e-mails

Third Parties

We may use third parties to fulfill parts of our services to you (for example web hosting, or courier companies). These companies will have access only to the data required to fulfill that service.
