From Lynda's Table

Lynda has gathered together the best recipes from her travels as a chef and from the Dublin Cookery School which she founded in 2007.

Some are from her time on the road: cooking soufflés with Raymond Blanc in Oxford, a birthday cake for Robert de Niro in Vancouver or baking bread up a Turkish mountain. She also draws inspiration from guest chefs who have come to the cookery school such as David Thompson and Atul Kochhar. Lynda subtly smuggles in ingredients or techniques to stretch the reader’s repertoire but there are also plenty of straightforward ideas to boost confidence
